Summer Smoothie

A SUMMER SMOOTHIEServes 1 INGREDIENTS 1 Tablespoon SuperShake½ banana2 Tablespoons. unsweetened organic probiotic yoghurt (or use diary free yoghurt of your choice)1 cup milk (use any milk of your choice)1 teaspoon maqui berry powder½ cup of ice (optional) METHOD Combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve immediately.

Classic Green Smoothie

CLASSIC GREEN SMOOTHIEServes 1 INGREDIENTS 1 teaspoon Matakana SuperFoods Supergreens Powder or 1/4 teaspoon for children1 frozen banana1 handful baby spinach leaves1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choice1 cup coconut waterJuice of half a lemon METHOD Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
